Flexible Emails and Custom Roles for Representatives
Custom roles can be created and edited by admins. Each role can be assigned specific emails.
Email templates can be updated to not send a particular email to the assigned representative of an order.
Missed Rental Functionality

Reservation requested orders can be converted to a missed rental as well, for tracking purposes.

Admins can set a default tax code in the customer settings.
This tax code can still be updated when creating an order.
