Sprint 49 and 50 Release Notes- 6/1/23

Product Units can now have both Serial and Unit Number: Along with units being able to have both unit and serial number, there is a new general setting that allows an admin to select which one they would like to track by within the admin console (the one you select is the number that will appear on customer invoices FYI!)

Product Page Rebuilt in 2.0: 'Manage products' screen has been updated to reflect a brand new ui. Customers should notice improved loading speeds moving from page to page in this admin console section in addition to a new sleek look.

Dashboard Tables Rebuilt and improved in 2.0: Dashboard Tables have been updated to reflect the new ui and is now in 2.0. A couple new columns have been added as well, like the unit assignment column.

'Add Product' Module for Admin Create Order has been updated to 2.0: This will look much cleaner than the old one and allow customers to select specific pricing units of time more easily.

Quickbooks 2.0: Upcharges, Extensions, Refunds should all be reflecting properly in QBO now. Sync Log has been removed instead we now automatically re-sync orders for our customers. Audit Log added to slack in to see which orders are failing to sync.

Improvements: Qr code or magic link for capturing customer agreement in person

Improvements: Bulk Upload Improvements: Hours Tracking On/Off and Unit Number

Improvements: Unlimited add-ons can now be added to a product

Improvements: New Setting that allows Admins to chose whether they would like to off rent a order at the current time, or the originally scheduled date and time.

Improvements: Location Attributes can now be assigned to multiple locations

Improvements: Sold Product Status will now show for sale items instead of "Not Started"

QBO improvement: ability to select a specific income account per line item of an invoice to automatically sync to the correct account once the invoice sync with QBO.

Ability to sell products with decimal quantities - for example, fuel.

UI Improvement: New design for both the downloadable invoices as well as the order list view.
