New Features
Utilization Calculation On Inventory Calendar: Admin can now see the Monthly/Weekly utilization of each individual unit in the inventory calendar. Admin can also change utilization configurations under General Settings which are as follow.
Daily Activity: Counts utilization on a daily basis and considers unit utilized if it was on rent at all during the day.
Daily at Close: Counts utilization on a daily basis and considers unit utilized if it was on rent at close of business for the day.
Wall Clock Hours: Calculates utilization by comparing the time the unit was on rent to total time passed during the reporting period.
Operating Hours: Calculates utilization by comparing the time the unit was on rent compared to the total time the business was open during the reporting period.
Assign Product To Multiple Categories: Admin can now assign one product to many categories and that product will appear under all the linked categories at the customer facing site.
Ability To Charge Tax On Up-charges: Admin now has the ability to charge tax on up-charges.
Ability To Add PO# To On Account Orders: Ability to assign ‘on account’ invoices a specific job number.
New Canceled Orders Tab: A new tab has been added to the main dashboard view to see all the canceled orders & their cancellation reason in the dashboard.
Bug Fixes & Improvements
Improvement: Admin will now be able to see the exact date and time when the digital signature was created by customers at checkout.
Improvement: Revenue column has been added to export excel file.
Bug Fix: Optional Proof of Insurance config has been fixed.
Bug Fix: Add-Ons text on customer facing site has been fixed.
Bug Fix: UI issue has been fixed on Password Reset Page.
Bug Fix: Bug with the order of product images has been fixed.
