Step by step instructions:
Navigate to Inventory > Products
Search for and edit the product you want to adjust the order for
Navigate to the Data tab in the product settings > find Sort OrderI
Type in the number in the order you want the product to show up in it's category. Numbers will sort products left to right on the website. See below for example:
Repeat these steps for each product until you have your desired order
