Quipli Release Notes

February 9, 2026

✨ New Features

  • Enhanced Damage Waiver & Insurance Management:

    • Introducing expanded configuration options (Disabled, Optional, Required, Insurance Required to Decline) with customizable acceptance/declination language, clearer renter opt-in/out flows, and improved contract formatting to better support agreements.

    • Enforce proof of insurance uploads when required, align damage waiver logic across ecommerce and admin-created orders, captured renter decisions with timestamps on contracts, and improved visibility within the View Order page.

  • Hapn Live Tracking Integration (V1 Beta Launch):

    • We’ve launched the first version of our Hapn integration, bringing live GPS tracking, hour meter data, and unit-level telemetry directly into Quipli. You’ll now see a new “Live Tracking” section under Inventory.

    • This feature is rolling out first to beta customers. If you’re a Hapn customer and interested in joining after our initial beta round, email [email protected]. Not a Hapn customer but want to learn more? Reach out to [email protected].

🛠️ Improvements

  • Added Purchase Price Column to Product Units Report:

    • The Inventory > Product Units report now includes a Purchase Price column (visible on-screen and in exports), allowing you to better calculate total cash value (TCV) across units based on real-time status.

  • Standardized Tax Setup Across All Accounts:

    • All customers are now on our most robust Tax Code Setup, ensuring consistent, scalable, and reporting-safe tax calculations across the platform.

    • Legacy tax configuration options have been removed to prevent misconfiguration.

🐞 Bug Fixes

  • Fixed Representative Name in Contract Signatures for Quotes:

    • Resolved an issue where “company” type users’ signatures sometimes showed the company name instead of the representative’s name when signing from a quote email.

  • Fixed “List on Boom and Bucket” Button for Units

    • Resolved an issue where selecting “List on Boom and Bucket” for a unit displayed a blank page. The button now correctly loads the listing form, restoring full functionality.
