Quipli Release Notes

December 15th, 2025

🐞 Bug Fixes

  • Pickup Fees Now Included on Cycle-Billed Contracts

    • Cycle-bill contracts now correctly display both delivery and pickup fees (as opposed to only delivery fees)

  • Fuel Items No Longer Trigger Incorrect Dispatch Events

    • Resolved a scenario where adding fuel charges during equipment returns could incorrectly create dispatch events.

  • Cycle Billing On-Rent Date Can Be Updated Without an End Date

    • Fixed an issue where updating the rental start time on action during On Rent while maintaining rental duration was not working correctly for open-ended cycle-billed orders.

    • On-rent dates can now be updated as expected without requiring an end date.

  • Collectibles Filter Respects Approved Accounts After Customer Merges

    • Resolved a scenario where merged customers with approved “On Account” setups could still appear when filtering Collectibles by “Not Setup”.

    • The filter now correctly excludes all customers with approved accounts, including those merged from other records.

  • Checklist Image Uploads Support Unit Numbers with Special Characters

    • Fixed an issue where checklist image uploads could fail when unit numbers contained special characters. File uploads now work correctly for all unit naming formats.

  • Auto-Approve Orders Now Works More Reliably

    • Fixed an issue where auto-approving admin orders could behave inconsistently across locations. Auto-approve settings now apply correctly, ensuring orders are approved as expected.
