Quipli Release Notes

July 14th, 2025

New Features

  • Updates to Taxable Revenue Reporting:

    • The “Taxable Revenue” summary box has been removed from the Revenue Report to help avoid confusion in tax reporting. While it worked for simpler setups, it was confusing customers using multiple tax codes or partial jurisdictional tax applications. For accurate tax reporting, please use the General Ledger Report.

    • We’ve made a few helpful updates to the General Ledger Report to make tax reporting clearer and easier to use:

      • Cash vs. Accrual Toggle: This option will now appear only after you’ve filtered the Account Type to "Tax", since cash-basis reporting applies only to tax accounts. All income accounts follow an accrual basis.

      • Renamed Columns for Clarity:

        • When viewing tax accounts, you’ll notice new column names for better usability:

          • Taxable Revenue – shows the total taxable revenue for the selected time period and tax account.

          • Total Tax – shows the total tax amount collected for that time period and tax account.

These updates should help you get a more accurate and intuitive view of your tax-related financial data.

    • At least one special character (e.g., !, @, #, etc.)

These updates ensure a more secure experience across the platform and align with industry best practices.

🐞 Bug Fixes

  • Voided Invoice Email Fix: Resolved an issue where voided invoices were being sent for orders that had been completed and then later cancelled, specifically for accounts configured to send invoices at a scheduled time each day.

  • Credit Memos with PO Requirement: You can now successfully create credit memos for customers who are set up to require a Purchase Order (PO) Number, without any interruptions to your workflow.

  • Statement Email Delivery: Fixed an issue that was preventing statement emails from being sent to company representatives with the statement email enabled for their assigned role. Emails should now send as expected.
