If you use our QuickBooks Online integration, please disable the “Automatically apply credits” setting in QBO.
Leaving this on can cause credit memos to be applied to the wrong invoices.
How To Disable It:
- Go to Settings > Account and Settings > Advanced > Automation, then turn off “Automatically apply credits.”

Enhanced Security for Creating New Admin Accounts
- We’ve improved how new admin users are set up to help prevent duplicate passwords across your site. Now, when you create a new admin in Quipli, they’ll receive a secure welcome email with a link to set their own password. This ensures credentials are unique, private, and created directly by the new admin—no more passwords being shared or reused.

Canadian Interac Refund Issue Resolved: Refunds now display accurate status after processing for Canadian Interac cards.
Daily Payments Report Accuracy: Corrected an issue where unapplied or split payments were not counted correctly in this report.
Renter’s Report Pagination Fixes: Fixed a bug where navigating beyond the first page of the Renters Report displayed “no record found” instead of additional results.
