Having trouble logging in or managing admin users? This article covers the most common account and login issues in Quipli.

Forgot your password
Go to your Quipli admin login page (e.g.
https://rent.yourcompany.com/manager/admin/login).Click Forgot password? beneath the login fields.
Enter the email address associated with your account and click Send reset link.
Check your inbox for an email from Quipli — the reset link is valid for 24 hours.
Click the link, enter a new password, and log in.
Tip: If you're not sure which email is on your account, contact your account administrator. They can look up your username under Admin > Users.
Password reset email isn't arriving
If you requested a reset and the email hasn't appeared after a few minutes:
Check your spam or junk folder — reset emails occasionally get filtered.
Confirm the email address — the reset will only send to the exact email on file. Ask your admin to verify it under Admin > Users.
Try the reset again — if the first attempt didn't deliver, a second request will generate a fresh link and invalidate the previous one.
Still nothing? Contact Quipli Support and ask them to manually reset your password. They can set a temporary password and send it directly.
Invite link expired before the user set a password
When you add a new admin user, Quipli sends them a setup email with a link to create their password. That link expires after 24 hours.
If the user didn't complete setup in time, you may see one of these errors when trying to re-add them:
"Email already exists"
"Username already taken"
"Invalid email" (when the user tries Forgot password)
This happens because the user record still exists in the system, even though setup was never completed.
How to fix it:
Do not try to delete and re-add the user yourself — the system will block the re-add because the email and username are still reserved.
Contact Quipli Support and provide the username and email address.
Support will clear the incomplete record so you can re-add the user fresh.
Once re-added, let the user know they have 24 hours to click the setup link and create their password.
To avoid this in the future: After adding a new user, give them a heads-up to check their email right away and complete setup before the link expires.
New user setup email didn't send
Occasionally the setup email fails to deliver when a new admin user is created.
Steps to try:
Go to Admin > Users and confirm the email address was entered correctly.
Ask the user to check their spam folder for an email from
[email protected].If the email address is wrong, remove the user and re-add them with the correct email.
If the email address is correct and nothing arrived, contact Quipli Support. They can manually set a temporary password for the user so they can log in immediately.
Note: If you manually set a password for a new user in the admin console and it isn't working, this is a known issue — contact support to have them set it on the backend instead.
Error 403 or "Something went wrong" on login
A 403 error or a "Something went wrong" message on the login screen usually indicates one of the following:
Cause | What to try |
Session or browser cache issue | Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again in a private/incognito window |
Account credentials changed | Use Forgot password? to reset your password |
Account access issue | Contact your account owner to confirm your user is still active under Admin > Users |
Platform issue | Check if other users at your company are experiencing the same error — if so, contact Quipli Support |
If the error appears after logging in (e.g. when trying to process a credit card), try logging out fully and logging back in. If the issue persists, contact support with a screenshot of the error.
