Quipli Release Notes

✨ New Features

  • Create Parts & Services Directly from a Work Order:

    • A new "Create" button in the Parts & Services section of any work order lets you create a new part or service without leaving the repair workflow.

    • After creating the part or service, you're immediately prompted to add it to the current work order — set the unit price, quantity, and description, and it's added as a line item in one step.

    • If you choose not to add it right away, the part or service is still saved to your inventory and can be added to any work order later through the standard Add flow.

🐞 Bug Fixes

  • Work Order Status History Timestamps Restored:

    • Resolved an issue where work order status history entries (e.g. "In Progress", "On Hold") were no longer displaying the date and time of each status change. Timestamps now show correctly on all status updates.

  • Fixed Hard-Down Units Incorrectly Showing as Available to Rent:

    • Resolved an issue where units marked as hard-down on a work order with a bill-to customer were still appearing as available to rent. Hard-down units are now correctly removed from availability regardless of whether their work order has a customer attached.

  • Fixed Time Interval Scheduled Services Ignoring Completed Work Order Dates:

    • Resolved an issue where time interval scheduled services were calculating the next due date based only on the last service date or purchase date, without accounting for completed work orders. The interval now calculates from the most recent of those dates, keeping your service schedules accurate.
