The Orders report gives you a complete view of every order (also called a transaction) — what was requested, its current status, how it was paid for, and every fee and charge that makes up its total.
ℹ️ Good to know: At the bottom of the report, an "Updated" card shows the last time the data refreshed — use it to confirm how current the numbers you're looking at are.
Step 1 — Filter Your Data
Across the top of the report are eleven filters. You don't have to use all of them — leave any filter blank and it simply won't narrow anything down.
Filter | What it does |
Data Source | If your account pulls orders in from more than one source, this narrows the report down to a specific one. |
Request Status | Filters by the order's status (like Reservation Request, Reservation Approved, On Rent, or Rental Ended). Supports selecting multiple statuses at once. |
Requested Date | Filters to orders requested within a date range you choose. Defaults to "Previous 30 days" when you first open the report. |
Rental Start | Filters to orders whose rental started within a date range you choose. |
Rental End | Filters to orders whose rental ended within a date range you choose. |
Location | Narrows the report to one or more specific yards or branches. |
Customer | Narrows the report to one or more specific customers. |
Order Type | Filters by the type of order, such as a rental versus a sale. |
Shipping Type | Filters by how the order was fulfilled — delivery, pickup, or self pickup. |
Payment Method | Filters by how the order was paid for. |
Sales Rep | Filters to orders handled by a specific sales representative, where that's tracked. |
Working with Date Filters
Requested Date, Rental Start, and Rental End are all date filters, and clicking any of them opens the same style of menu: a quick preset (Today, Yesterday, Previous 7 Days, and similar), a Fixed Date Range for an exact start and end date, or a Relative Date Range that automatically stays current as time passes.
Step 2 — Read the Summary Tiles
The tiles across the top break your filtered orders down several ways:
Grand Total — the combined value of every order in the filtered period.
Grand Total: Rental — the portion of that total from rental orders.
Grand Total: Sales — the portion from sales orders. Shows blank if there are no sales orders in the filtered period.
Orders — how many orders make up the filtered period.
Product Fees, Additional Fees, Taxes, Delivery Fees, Damage Waivers, Coupons or Discounts, Upcharges, and Refunds — each breaks out that specific charge type across the filtered orders.
Step 3 — Use the Orders Table to Find a Specific Order
Below the tiles, the Orders table lists every order behind those numbers, with dozens of columns you can scroll through, sort, or search. The main ones you can look up or sort by:

Downloading Report Data
Every module on the report — tiles and the Orders table alike — has a ⋯ menu in its top-right corner. Click it and choose the download option to export that module's results on their own, without needing to download the whole report.
