Quipli Release Notes
September 8, 2026
✨ New Features
Redesigned Collectibles Views:
The “By Invoice” Collectibles view was given a full refresh with a cleaner table, simplified filters, and clearer actions.
The customer-level Collectibles tab now opens with an at-a-glance metrics bar: Collected to Date, Total Balance, Total Past Due, Available Credits, Credit Utilization, and Finance Charges.
Credit Memos, Unapplied Payments, and Collection Notes have been redesigned and repositioned below the invoice table for easier reference while you work.
Finance Charges:
Please Note: Finance Charges are available today for customers not integrated with QBO, and for customers on our new QBO Summary Level sync (the default for all new customers). We'll be migrating existing detail-level sync customers to this new setup starting in November.
Automatically apply a configurable percentage-based finance charge to customers with overdue balances, on a schedule you control — no more manually tracking down and applying late fees.
Enable it per customer or bulk-enable for everyone. Each charge generates its own Finance Charge invoice with a clear breakdown, payable through the admin console and eCommerce portal, and shown on statements. Admins can void/restore or waive/restore individual charges as needed.
🛠️ Improvements
Payment History Dates Now Include the Year:
The Date column in Payment History now shows the full date, including the year (e.g. "Aug-05-26"), so there's no more ambiguity when reviewing payments on older orders.
Inventory Calendar Visual Refresh:
The Inventory Calendar has been refreshed to match the rest of the admin: modern typography, a cleaner header, and a resizable product column so long product names are easier to read. Month navigation is also now fully keyboard-accessible.
Chart of Accounts Page Refresh:
The page formerly called General Ledger is now Chart of Accounts, with a cleaner layout, consistent spacing, sentence-case labels, a labeled month filter, and Export/Create Account actions moved beside the header. It's also easier to use on mobile.
Accounting Settings Page Redesign:
The Accounting Settings (GL Settings) page now groups settings into clear sections — Income Accounts, Reductions, and Expense Accounts — with a reworked field layout and clearer helper text explaining exactly what posts to each account.
🐞 Bug Fixes
Fixed Work Order Mobile Layout and Selection Issues:
Resolved several mobile usability issues on the create and view Work Order pages, including sideways scrolling, dropdown selections picking the wrong option, and unit status selection unexpectedly opening a date picker.
Fixed Inspections Showing "Pending" for a Recorded 0:
Resolved an issue where Machine Hours and Fuel on a completed inspection displayed "Pending" if the recorded value was 0, instead of showing the actual value.
Fixed Sale and Fuel Line Items Appearing on the Dispatch Board:
Resolved an issue where billing-only sale lines (like fuel and other consumables) could lose their pickup designation after an order update and incorrectly appear on the dispatch board.
Fixed Stray "$" in Quote Expiration Text:
Resolved an issue where the customer-facing order view showed a stray "$" before the quote expiration date (e.g. "Expires $8/28/2026"). It now displays correctly.
Fixed Truncated Toll-Free Phone Numbers:
Resolved an issue where toll-free customer phone numbers (800, 888, etc.) displayed truncated on the customer edit page. The full number now displays correctly.
