New Features
Re-Rental Purchase Orders:
For re-rentals on non-cycle-billed orders, click "Generate PO" on the re-rental line to create a Re-Rental PO pre-filled with the equipment details and vendor cost rates. The PO stays linked to the order, and changes to rental dates or vendor rates carry between them.
Add taxes, fees, and other line items to the PO, then approve it to print, download, or email it to the vendor. Once the PO is approved and the re-rental is inventory returned, you can mark the vendor bill as received and log payments and refunds against it.
Re-Rental POs sync to QuickBooks Online like inventory POs, and you can filter for them on the Purchase Orders list (new PO Type column) and the Order List.
Please Note: Re-rentals on cycle-billed orders are coming soon.

Improvements
All Your Reports in One Place:
Reports is now a single item in the sidebar that opens a Reports page listing every report you have access to, grouped by topic with a one-line description of each.
Daily Payment Totals has moved from Accounting to the Reports page. The Missed Rentals and Delivery Revenue reports are no longer listed; you can access Missed Rentals within the Orders Report > Filter the “Order Status” to “Missed” and Delivery Revenue within the Invoices Report > Filter the “Delivery Type”
The emailed Daily Schedule reports can no longer be set up, because they’re built on our older reports rather than our new report suite. If you already have scheduled reports, they’ll keep sending as usual. To change or remove an existing schedule, contact Quipli support.
For the most accurate and up-to-date data, we recommend using the new reports on the Reports page in the app instead of relying on the emailed versions.
Assign and Swap Serial-Tracked Units on Approved Sale Orders:
You can now assign units to a serial-tracked product on a sale order, and swap an assigned unit for a different one, after the order has been approved. Previously the unit picker and swap button weren't available once a sale order was approved. The unit you assign is marked as sold, and a unit you swap out is marked unsold again.
Tracking Method Column and Filter on the Products List:
The Products list now shows each product's tracking method (Units, Quantity, or Non-inventory) in a new "Tracking method" column, and you can filter the list by it.
Quote Expiration Date on the Quote Page:
If you set an expiration date on a quote, it now shows on the quote page, and the quote reads as expired once the date has passed. Quotes without an expiration date and approved orders don't show one.
Clearer Automatic Payments on Cycle Billing Details:
Automatic payments now reads as plain Enabled or Disabled text instead of a checkbox that looked disabled.
To change it, click the pencil, check "Charge automatically each cycle," and click Save.
Stock Is Always Tracked by Location:
The "Specify stock quantity by location" toggle has been removed from a product's units tab, so quantity-tracked products always show their stock by location. Your existing stock quantities don't change.
Reports Improvements:
Hourly refresh: Reports now refresh every hour through the business day, plus a couple of times overnight, instead of once a day. The Updated tile shows when a report last refreshed.
Invoice Report: The report now includes Draft and Void invoices as well as Approved ones. A new Invoice Status filter defaults to Approved, so your totals look the same until you change it. Each invoice also shows its Payment Status (Paid, Partially Paid, Unpaid, Overpaid, or Open Credit), which you can filter by, and new Total Paid and Open Balance totals show what's been collected and what's still owed.
Products Report: Utilization and product revenue are now net of all discounts, including coupons, customer discount tiers, and order-level discounts, so expect these figures to drop slightly. Revenue Report totals don't change. For returned and invoiced cycle-billed rentals, Individual Unit Utilization now uses the invoiced amount. Units listed for sale only no longer count toward fleet value or utilization.
On Rent / IRO Report: Daily On Rent tiles and each unit's current status on Unit Insights now count units on rent at the end of the day, so a unit returned that day is no longer counted as on rent.
Bug Fixes
License Scan Text Now Sent When a Customer Accepts a Quote:
Resolved an issue where customers who accepted a quote on your online storefront never received the text message with the link to scan or upload their driver's license.
Deleted Units No Longer Linger on Product Units:
Resolved an issue where units you removed on a product's units tab stayed visible in the table until you refreshed the page.
HAPN Tracker Name and Description Set Only When First Linked:
Quipli now sets a tracker's name and description in HAPN only when the tracker is first linked to a unit. Later changes to the unit, including status changes, no longer update them. Unlinking and relinking a tracker sets them again.
Cycle Billing Final Invoice Emailed Once:
Resolved an issue where the final invoice on an off-rent, cycle-billed order could be emailed to the customer early, for example on multi-unit orders returned in stages, and then again after fuel or damage was added at inventory return. The customer now gets a single final invoice email once the order is complete.
Reports Bug Fixes:
Hard Down: A unit now counts as down only while its work order is In Progress or On Hold. Work orders that haven't started or were cancelled no longer keep a unit down.
Revenue Report Order Type filter: Filtering by Order Type no longer drops tax, delivery, damage waiver, and other order-level charges. They now follow their order's type (Rental, Sale, or Mixed), and the tax tiles no longer show empty.
Payments Report: Card refunds now count as card payments instead of "Other," so Card is no longer overstated and Other can't go negative.
